dear len, here is for you a report of what i have been cooking for dinner for louan and eric on thursday night and friday. this way you don't worry too much for us, we are ok .

So for thursday dinner:

cucumber with yoghurt sauce ( soya yoghurt plus garlic, olive oil, and feta cheese)
eric liked it so much he asked if he could finish the sauce ...



simple lettuce salade with feta cheese. gone in 60 seconds



mix vegetables cooked with pasta and fried tofu steak.



happy customers is good .



friday night:
clients: eric, louan and me



radish, maquereau fish in sauce, salad of lettuce, salad of avocado mix with tomato and olive oil sauce mix with black olive and a coffee spoon of ketchup..... divine....
